  Horrible customer service. Had to ask a contractor to find a representative. Requested location of mother's grave of person 1. Was asked if I was sure of my mother's name and cemetery. Passed to person 2 who also failed to locate the grave. A relative called and was able to help person 2 locate the grave. Upon return, person 2 informed me the reason she couldn't locate the grave is because I failed to provide her my "fathers" name. Mother's spouse at time of death is not my father but regardless, it should not be necessary to provide a man's name to locate a female relative.

  My husband started working here a month ago. He absolutely loves it. The company is so amazing his coworkers are all very respectful and nice! Whoever wrote about rituals being done there is probably some stoner teen who doesn't know what he's talking about. There are peoples loved ones here from babies to grandparents and whoever would do "rituals" around these poor people who lost their lives is a complete idiot with no heart no soul and no respect. This cemetery works very hard to make sure your loved ones are put to rest. Every single burrial is done with utmost respect and to anyone who does anything that disrespects any of the families here, it will not be tolerated.

  I'm a photographer and like to shoot cemeteries. This one has some of the most interesting in Chicagolane.
